For NEW Agents: Registration is now open for the in-class version of the G.R.E.C. 75-hour real estate pre-license course

If you are looking to begin a career in real estate, we are proud to offer, in association with Cape Schools, Inc. classes in the 75 hour Salesperson’s Pre-License course. This coursework is necessary in order to become a State Licensed Real Estate Agent and we are proud to be able to offer this course to anyone interested in pursuing a career in real estate. Classes are held each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30 PM and lasts approximately 7-weeks.
